LENA – THE YOUNG CROFTER

Ten-year-old Lena Mackenzie from the Isle of Harris in the Outer Hebrides knows exactly what she wants for her present and her future. She wants to learn from her crofter father so that she can continue the unique agricultural way of life that she has been brought up with. This year she has another ambition – to make the trip to the out-lying island of Pabbay for a very special annual crofting activity.
